5-Develop the foundations and methods of approving designs, plans and different studies of projects.
6-Develop methods of field implementation, as well as the mechanism of monitoring, follow-up and steps of implementation
7-Establish the basis for the adoption, conformity and receipt of materials and ensure compliance with standards
8-Set-up the foundations for technical inspection of the materials and ensuring their quality according to these standards before the day of the installation.
9-Organization and control of contracts between the owner and the consultant.
10-The practical basis for contracts between investors and contractors based on FIDIC recommendations, and in line with the laws in force in the country.
11-Training cadres to design, monitor and follow up the implementation of projects.
12-Setting the standards and bases for the management, maintenance and investment of the residential, commercial and service facilities within the project area shall be a model and an icon for the implementation of similar projects 1-within the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic.
