Tala completed several contracts managing the implementation of several projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in full partnership with the investment engineering (s), the most important of which is Prince Sultan University in Riyadh and is currently managing the implementation of schools projects Prince Mishari (32 schools), as well as electromechanical works of the expansion project Mall Granada Riyadh, through its main branch in Riyadh with a set of methods.
The company has been a project manager for Private Palace in Germany to manage its projects in Syria, including the development and management of the Lamira tourist complex in Lattakia, which has signed in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism.
The company has completed a discussion and evaluation of several important projects in Saudi Arabia and is currently in the process of contracting pending direct orders.
The Group has previously approved the implementation of electromechanical works for the Masar Rose project in Damascus, in partnership with Lama Contracting Company and in agreement with the German company YIT.
Believing in the need for integration and exchange of experiences, the company has adopted the principle of cooperation with foreign specialized consulting companies, through real partnerships to transfer experiences and provide them in supporting the business in the country, including:
• Tala works as a full partner and authorized representative of the project management consulting company CMCCO - Lebanon, following up its projects in Syria, by investing the capabilities of the local company cadres and supporting them with external expertise specialized in project management.
• Technical partnership with the office of Dr. Nahed Jawad for architectural studies – London.
• The company is accredited to the Joint Commission International (JCI) of America, and is authorized to adopt and audit the designs and operating systems of hospitals.
• Technical partnership with Ferrostaal Group of Energy Systems – Germany.
• Technical cooperation agreement with Tilke, Germany.
• Technical partnership with ZEF, an alternative energy and green architecture company.
• Technical partnership with British company Hiltron, which specializes in the management, studies and design of medical projects.
